Order processing times are between 1~3 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 3 business days following the day you placed your order.
Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart.
Should any of our items be out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the expected shipping date. If the items are not anticipated to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will initiate an automatic refund for those specific items.
Frequently, tracking numbers are only operational for domestic orders, as foreign postal systems might not update the package’s location in our carriers’ systems. International shipping typically spans a duration of 2-4 weeks. Hence, it’s reasonable to estimate that it will take approximately that duration from the shipment date until you receive your package. Once a domestic (U.S) delivery has been dispatched from our warehouse or suppliers, any delivery-related matters become the responsibility of USPS. To locate your package at your local post office, you can reach out to USPS directly at (800) 275-8777.
Should any of the items you’ve purchased be missing or arrive damaged, we urge you to promptly get in touch with us for a resolution. Our Money Back Guarantee remains valid for 30 days from the delivery of your order, so it’s essential to reach out within this timeframe. After an order is placed, our warehouse team typically packs and ships the order within 24 hours. As a result, addressing change requests might not always be feasible.
